The house took the place of a ruined stone house and an old apiary; two volumes are gathered under a single steep roof covered with wooden shingles. The stone base was kept and extended in concrete: massive piers step forward, forming an open portico beneath the gable.
Inside, everything is made of plywood: walls, ceiling, staircase and furniture, with no division into structure and finish. An oval window in the roof slope and the glazed gable let in light that skirts the geometry of the roof from within.
