The house stands on a narrow 30-by-75-foot plot where Mohali runs into the village of Chunni Kalan. The clients grew up in the village and wanted to keep a village way of life while living in a city house.
A red brick facade with rounded corners, a large round window on the second floor, an arched passage leading into the inner courtyard. Higher up the brick is laid as a lattice and in a projecting pattern, and boulders lie along the fence in the courtyard.
