The house occupies a former industrial workshop in Madrid. Along the entire interior ba-rro placed a wall that carries nothing: it divides the rooms, cuts off excess light and hides in its thickness everything that should stay out of sight. It does the work of a bearing wall without bearing anything.
Instead of new walls along the perimeter, a mirrored box stands in the middle of the plan. It reflects the neighboring patio and multiplies it, so rooms with no way outside still get its depth and light. On the street side the factory glazing is covered with fabric, and the entrance narrows to a triangle between two doors that open independently of each other.
